Founded in 1998 in Bozeman, Montana, Custom Dining Experiences has grown into Southwest Montana's most reputable and capable catering company. Over the last decade, Hunter Lacey and his team have created systems and menus that work in our local venues and have developed staff training methods that will ensure professional interaction from your very first phone call to the conclusion of your event. Custom Dining Experiences is part of a larger family that includes two Bozeman area restaurants.

A graduate of Montana State University, Kelly has parlayed her education and years of experience with Bar 3 Bar-B-Q into her position as Catering Sales Manager with Custom Dining Experiences. As a member of the committed team at Hunter Lacey’s two dining establishments since 2006, Kelly has demonstrated ample ability managing every aspect of running a successful business. Kelly's aptitude for maintaining all points of customer contact, as well as her flawless organization and execution of events make her a wellspring of unparalleled professionalism and competence for the catering needs of Bozeman and surrounding communities.
Hunter Lacey – Founder and CEO
A graduate of New England Culinary Institute, Hunter has spent the last 20 years honing his skills in numerous and varied culinary environments. His most notable experiences include working as a Rounds Chef of a 5 star, 4 diamond Relais & Chateaux Property, catering events as large 12,000, conceptualizing and starting 3 successful restaurants, developing and teaching certification classes for the American Culinary Federation, working with Bon Appetite magazine, and extensive travels through Europe. Hunter's early aptitude for the culinary arts allowed him the honor of being one of five students to graduate from the Advanced Placement Program at New England Culinary Institute since the schools founding. His experience, training, and passion lay the foundation for unparalleled energy and performance.
