From the start I was thrilled with the quality of service. Hunter helped me make the planning process easy, and the excellent menu choices made me feel like I couldn't go wrong. It was hard to know if the food would taste as good as it sounded, and it really did. The display and service were fabulous as well. Loved the gift at the end of the night. Highly recommended!! I felt confident that I had nothing to worry about for our Bozeman event as every "local" that I questioned came up with the same reference - Custom Dining will provide THE BBQ experience that you're looking for. And WOW did they! The food was amazing - delicious, fresh, well presented and plenty plenty of it! The staff was incredible - efficient, attentive and personable. We had so many compliments from our attendees. Shhhhhh don't tell them that we weren't the cooks! Thank you, Hunter!! We also were so grateful for the amazing work of Genevieve, who pulled everything together and coordinated the vendors and all of us.
